Calling All Elmvale Sci-Fi Fantasy Street Party Past Vendors & Those who wish to be New Vendors: are you looking for place to sell your sci fi fantasy themed products?! We have the place for you!

Come on out on July 2nd, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to our little Village of Elmvale, located in the Township of Springwater, for a unique and exciting experience!

This year we are featuring the ability to SPONSOR a portion of The Elmvale Sci-Fi Fantasy Street Party with TWO levels of vendorship – for our LIVE EVENT:

$25.00 – for regular vending in the parking lot of the Elmvale Community Centre (Vendors to provide their own 10×10 tents! This will include your logo and links on our festival’s website.

$40.00 – includes a space at the Gateway Parkette at the corner of Queen St. & Yonge St., along with a sponsorship one of our events/speaker/authors, where a digital banner will be created with YOUR logo and links on our festival website.

Product can include all things Sci-Fi, Fantasy themed, Pop Culture Themed, and Visual Media themed!
All proceeds will go to the Elmvale Branch of the Foodbank.
